Aberdeen Hydraulics has the ability and facilities necessary to undertake OEM standard rebuild and re-certification of all types of hydraulic components.

Such units include piston pumps/motors of any original manufacturer, axial or radial type with fixed or variable displacements. Similarly, gear and vane pumps/motors or any kind of valve, dcv, pressure & flow can be assessed and refurbished.

The main rig consists of a 500HP diesel-driven closed loop hydraulic transmission loop test bed with full electronic speed/load monitoring to ensure consistency of test appraisal.

Full computerised data logging and computerised back-up ensures strict traceability of standards both in the disassembly, defect reports and testing. This allows our clients full accountability on their units.

To compliment the main facility a smaller purpose built electronic controlled test bed allows for gear pump and valve testing.

Aberdeen Hydraulics only use original manufacturers spares and procedures for refurbishment of equipment.
